What is F.I.T.T.?

F.I.T.T. is an acronym for Frequency, Intensity, Type, and Time

The F.I.T.T. Principle (or formula) is a great way of monitoring your exercise program. The acronym FITT outlines the key components, or training guidelines, for an effective exercise program.

  1. Frequency: the frequency of exercise undertaken or how often you exercise.
  2. Intensity: the intensity of exercise undertaken or how hard you exercise.
  3. Time: the time you spend exercising or how long you exercise for.
  4. Type: the type of exercise undertaken or what kind of exercise you do.

Physique Conditioning

Building muscle and losing fat is the focus! Learn basic strength training principles. Body toning, slimming and building programs.

Performance Training

High intensity combined with specificity. Some examples include barbell training for football explosiveness or improving core flexibility & stamina for your golf game.

Pain Management

Lack of motion is often the cause of chronic pain. Design motion, functional posture and exercise modifications improve musculoskeletal alignment thus eliminating or reducing pain.

Fitness is about a lifestyle change. I'm here to give you the keys to unlock your potential.

Do you:

  • Suffer from chronic musculoskeletal pain
  • Lack energy, strength or balance
  • Have trouble recovering from a nagging injury
  • Simply want to learn an effective adaptable, progressive exercise program

Give my plan 6 months – if you stick it out and take the prescribed actions, you will be at your best at the end of the 6 months!
